Terms and Conditions - Short Form

  1. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
    It is your responsibility to ensure that all the details of your order are correct when you receive or collect it. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your order, please inform us within 14 days.

  2. COLLECTING YOUR ORDER
    Once we notify you that your order is ready, please collect it within 14 days.

  3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
    Delivery to your home may take up to two weeks from the date of order. We will coordinate with you to arrange a suitable dispatch date once your artwork is ready. For the latest delivery and collection updates, kindly visit the Colourbud website.

  4. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
    If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the artwork to receive a full refund. After this 14-day period, we may offer store credit as an alternative.

  5. RETURNING DAMAGED ARTWORK
    While we thoroughly check every piece before dispatch, there may be rare cases where artwork gets damaged during delivery. If your artwork is damaged, please get in touch with us to arrange its return. The artwork should be re-packaged with as much of the original packaging as possible, placed back in the external packaging, and sealed for collection.

Your Art Display, Our Art Contest Terms & Conditions
This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and above.
By submitting your photograph, you grant Colourbud permission to use and share your image both online and in print for marketing purposes.
By entering, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, the competition is open to all, excluding employees of Colourbud.
The competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platforms.
Entrants selected for publication will be contacted via email and through our website.
Winners who opt for the £100 voucher must meet a minimum spend of £200, and only one voucher can be used per purchase.
For artist-specific contests, the prize is chosen by the company and is non-negotiable.
No cash alternatives will be provided.
Colourbud complies with data protection laws and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
We reserve the right to amend or cancel the competition and its terms without prior notice. Any updates will be communicated to participants promptly.

Artwork Purchase Promotion - Discount for Multiple Artworks
This offer applies when purchasing two or more artworks from any of our artists, 

To qualify for the discount, a minimum of two artworks must be purchased.

Discount will automatically be applied at checkout as follows:

  • Buy two artworks and receive a 10% discount.
  • Buy three or four artworks and enjoy a 15% discount.
  • Purchase five to eleven artworks and get 17.5% off.

This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions.
Only available for online purchases at colourbud.com.
