Delivery Time for Artwork

When you place an order for artwork, we recommend allowing up to four weeks for delivery. Many of our pieces are handcrafted in the UK, made especially for you. Books and gift vouchers will be delivered within 2-3 working days.

If you order multiple artworks, they might arrive separately to ensure the best delivery efficiency.

If you've received a message from Colourbud regarding delivery, your order has been packed and is scheduled for delivery via our courier company on the date mentioned in the message. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at 077.

Complimentary UK Delivery
Delivered by Courier company

We're delighted to offer free delivery within the UK for all artwork and sculpture orders. Most deliveries will be made by are chosen courier company, where you'll be able to track your order live. You’ll be notified with a one-hour delivery window and various options if you’re unavailable to receive the package. When your order is shipped via are Courier company, you'll receive a PIN code to provide to the driver upon receipt of the artwork.

Personalised Delivery Service

In cases where artwork is too fragile for courier delivery, we will arrange a personal delivery with a member of the Colourbud team. We’ll contact you in advance to ensure we coordinate delivery at a convenient time.

Click & Collect Service

We offer a free click-and-collect service at our galleries in both England and Wales.

Global Delivery
For international orders, we use DHL. Once your artwork departs Colourbud HQ, you will receive tracking details from DHL.

To guarantee secure shipping, standard glass is replaced with UV-protected Art Screen, and museum-quality glass is upgraded to museum-grade Art Screen for international deliveries. All international orders are fulfilled from our Aberdeen-based headquarters.

International shipments are sent Delivery Duties Paid, so you won’t face any unexpected tax or customs fees when ordering from outside the UK.

Free Delivery to the United States

We’re happy to offer free shipping to the United States*.

Shipping to the EU

Delivery to the EU is available for £50. Once your order leaves the UK, it will typically be handed over to your local delivery provider. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched*.

Shipping to Other Countries

For regions outside the EU and the United States, delivery is available for £120. Once your order leaves the UK, it will be handed over to the local delivery service. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way*.

*Please note that artwork by Nic Joly and original works by Illuminati Neon are subject to additional shipping fees due to their delicate nature and need for special packaging. Shipping for these items outside of the UK will incur a £500GBP fee.

Will I Be Charged Tax on My Order?

For Orders Outside the EU

Great news! If you’re located outside the EU, we can usually remove VAT (UK sales tax) from your order.

However, you may be required to pay an import duty, which varies by country. We recommend checking your local government’s website for specific regulations.

For Orders Within the EU

If your artwork is being delivered within the EU, VAT will be excluded from your order and will be applied at the local rate.
